Cardiff workshops

The EGRUiEN project teams gathered in Cardiff, Wales, for
a two-day research workshop hosted by Cardiff University.

On the first day, participants met in the historic Council Chamber of the University’s Main Building to present team updates, share progress, and exchange ideas. The sessions provided valuable insights and fostered collaboration across the international research teams.

The second day took place at the Postgraduate Teaching Centre of Cardiff University Business School, where discussions turned to theory and literature - from innovation and negotiation to social dialogue and technological developments in the energy and automotive sectors.
In the afternoon, the teams worked together to define the next steps of the research, set objectives, and refine protocols for upcoming case studies and interviews.

The workshop marked an inspiring and productive start to the next phase of the EGRUiEN project, strengthening cooperation and shaping future research directions.
